JS Tamers opened its doors in 2010 after noticing the need for a “different” type of property management company in Los Angeles. Property management companies were more focused on the volume of clients they had versus the quality of service they provided. Since its inception, JS Tamers has always maintained a philosophy that putting our clients first and keeping them happy is our number one priority. It’s a philosophy that is carried out from the management level all the way down to the support staff at the properties we work with.

Over the years, JS Tamers has expanded on its vision and its market position. JS Tamers originally started as a boutique company in Beverly Hills that has now expanded to working at properties in San Diego as well as Orange County while consulting with developers and clients nationwide. What was originally just a property management business has turned into a full-service real estate asset management company. We offer clients everything they might need. From the ability to broker a purchase or sale of a property, to consulting with property developers and owners on their next project to our relocation services through our “Reloventure” brand, JS Tamers is an industry leader in 360 services.

JS Tamers, Inc. is overseen by Jordan Seltzer and Jordan Bellview. Devin Lester (BRE# 01941516) is the Broker on Record for JS Tamers, Inc. JS Tamers employs account managers, property managers and maintenance support staff throughout Southern California.
